About: Cinnamon Bark essential oil has a warm, spicy-sweet scent. Historically, Cinnamon Bark was used as purifying incense in religious worship throughout Africa, Asia and Europe. This warming essential oil is often used to promote the respiratory system, immunity and energy. In low dilutions, the oil can also be applied to sore muscles for warming relief. In household cleaning products, Cinnamon Bark is useful for cleansing surfaces and purifying the air. Wonderfully potent, Cinnamon Bark should always be diluted.
Common Uses: To best enjoy Cinnamon Bark’s warming, purifying support, apply a low dilution of <.5% in a carrier oil. For diffusion, add 1-2 drops to an ounce of water. A few drops of Cinnamon Bark may also be added to a bottle of household cleaning spray.

Cinnamon Bark and Cinnamon Leaf essential oils are distinct and are not interchangeable.
Shelf Life: 2 years in proper conditions.
Storage: Store with the cap firmly closed, standing upright, out of direct heat and sunlight. Always use a glass bottle as Cinnamon Bark essential oil will slowly dissolve plastics.
