About: Roman Chamomile has been used for over 3000 years as a medicinal herb. Historically, Roman Chamomile was applied to soothe minor wounds, support skin health, aid digestive troubles, promote relaxation, and balance emotions. It was often planted at monasteries as a ground cover to encourage relaxation and contemplation.
Common Uses: To enjoy Roman Chamomile’s soothing and calming properties, apply a few drops topically at a 5% dilution in carrier oil, or diffuse a few drops in an ultrasonic diffuser.

Safety Information: Roman Chamomile is amongst the safest of all essential oils and is suitable for use with children and during pregnancy. Roman Chamomile is a potent essential oil and is best applied diluted. When using with children Roman Chamomile should always be diluted or diffused. For adults, use at less than a 5% dilution; for infants and toddlers, use less than 1% dilution (less than 6 drops per ounce of carrier). Some may have an allergy to Chamomile if they have an allergy to ragweed.
Shelf Life: 4 years in proper conditions before quality declines.
