About: Distilled from the aerial parts of the Fennel herb, Fennel essential oil has a sweet, herbaceous scent with notes of licorice. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to promote digestion and support muscles and joints. Do not use if pregnant or with children under five. Fennel should always be diluted below 5%.

Common Uses: Combined with a carrier oil at a 5% dilution or less, massage Fennel on the belly to promote digestive health or onto muscles and joints. Fennel essential oil may be diffused, but infrequently and in small amounts.

Blending Recommendations: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Lime, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary cineole, Rosemary verbenone, Spearmint.

Safety Information: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have endometriosis or estrogen-dependent cancers.

Do not use with children under 6 years.

Use caution taking orally if you are also using diabetes medication or anticoagulant medication, or if you have had a major surgery, peptic ulcer, hemophilia, or another bleeding disorder.

Maximum recommended dilution is 2.5-5%
