About: Distilled from the rhizome of the perennial Ginger herb, this essential oil has a warm, fresh and zesty aroma. Traditionally used in India and China as a digestive tonic, Ginger is also widely used as a culinary ingredient. A delightful, invigorating oil, it should always be diluted before topical use as it is potentially skin sensitizing.

 Common Uses: To help support healthy digestion, massage a blend of 1 drop Ginger with 20 drops carrier oil onto the abdomen. Ginger may be diffused in small amounts, typically 1-2 drops per ounce of water. When traveling or experiencing mild, nauseous feelings, a simple palm inhalation method can be used to support a steady stomach and a clear head.

General Dilution Guidelines:

Topical: 1-5% general use, 5% or more under professional recommendation.

Diffusion: In small amounts – typically 1-2 drops per ounce of water.

Bay Leaf Laurel, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cistus, Clove, Coriander, Cypress, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Juniper Berry, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Rosemary cineole, Rose Otto, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Vanilla, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang.

Safety Information: No contraindications. May be used with children 12 and up. Ginger may be skin sensitizing and should be diluted before topical use.
