Nasya Oil

The nose is the channel through which our breath carries prana, the life force, into the body. In Ayurveda, it is considered the doorway to consciousness. Nasya oil cleanses and protects the nasal passages and nourishes the tissues, promoting clear breathing and a calm mind.

Directions: 

Tilt your head back gently and place 3 to 5 drops into each nostril. Sniff gently and deeply.

Do not use if you are pregnant or have a cold, flu, or sinus infection.
